SALTEX 2017 Grillo Review

Grillo’s stand at the recent Saltex exhibition was extremely busy throughout the 2 days they report.

A number of innovative new products were released at the show including a 4wd brush cutter with 110 cm finishing deck,

a new flail mower, the GH7, which can also accept a variety of different attachments and a prototype self-propelled wheeled trimmer able to work

on slopes up to 30 degrees.

Without doubt though the star attraction was a new out-front mower the FD900, this compact machine features a 3 cylinder 26hp diesel engine,

hydraulic 4wd with automatic & manual diff-lock, and large capacity fuel tank for extended working.

The high tip 800 ltr grass box has a mechanical disperser for level filling and a built in sensor which will stop the cutter blades when the box is full, thereby avoiding

any annoying blockage’s.

Its 126cm high performance cutter deck is equipped with 3 blades, the 2 main blades incorporating steel fans for increased collection performance.

Hydraulic deck lift, electric height of cut adjustment and automatic radiator cleaning are just some of its remarkable features.

Already orders are surpassing all expectations and requests for demonstrations are being requested from commercial as well as private individuals.
