Grillo has one of the most extensive range of walk behind or ride on brush cutters in the UK with no fewer than 13 different type of machines.
Each component is of the highest quality and is manufactured and assembled in one of Europe’s most modern facility.
The smallest machines are the CL range starting at just £2049 plus vat. These hydrostatic brush cutters are useful for cutting down high grass and vegetation even on sloping ground. The perfectly balanced machines are fitted with tractor tyres to ensure excellent grip in any condition and can also be fitted with anti-slip steel wheels for further grip.
When operating on slopes the single front wheel, which allows excellent manoeuvrability, can be locked in place for easier working. Cutting height adjustment is via a single screw type lever. Engines are either Briggs, Kawasaki or Honda dependent on the model.
The GH series are hydrostatic all-purpose flail machines in either 68 or 85 cm cutting widths with a rear roller and pairs of Y shaped blades. These machines are versatile and easy to control with just one hand, the handlebars also have side to side adjustment. Both models can be fitted with other attachments such as a power brush, weed brush snow thrower and scythe mower.
Grillo’s ride on range of brush cutters, the Climber range are highly regarded by many operators, the smallest being the CL715 with a 15hp petrol engine and 85cm cut but perhaps the jewel in the crown is the Climber 10/27.
This truly unique machine has a permanent 4 wd system and powerful twin cylinder 27hp Briggs engine allowing excellent performance on slopes. The compact dimensions, low centre of gravity and diff lock allows the operator to work in safety with unrivalled stability under any working condition.
The CL10/27 is equipped with a Grammar super comfort seat whose suspension can be adjusted to the operator’s weight; in addition the whole seat support is fitted with twin shock absorbers.
A single lever controls both the ground speed and forward or reverse function. Oversize tractor tyres on the rear provide excellent adhesion and both front tyres are puncture proofed.
