Euroflor goes Solo!
Rigby Taylor’s urban flower seed mixtures have coloured our countryside from the north of Scotland to the county of Cornwall. Now is the time to start planning where Euroflor sowings can make the greatest impact as regards colour and to attract beneficial insects and birds. Sowing of Euroflor seed can be made easy by the use of SOLO, a portable spreader designed for quick, easy and more convenient seed spreading; ideal where rough or uneven ground restricts the use of a wheeled spreader. Materials applied include both flower and grass seed as well as fertilizer.
Two Euroflor seed mixtures were launched last year with great results. Celebrate, a 30 species mix of red, white and blue patriotic colours for special celebratory events. When sown in April – May this mixture provides flowering well into November. The other is a special blue flowering mixture combining the four most attractive species to bees in one simple mix. Super Blue Bee will provide an enriched nectar and pollen mix for Honey and Bumble bees. Both seed mixtures are available in 1 kg packs enough to cover an area up to 350 sq.metres. There are currently 25 mixtures in the Euroflor range.
